If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return unworn items according to the following terms:

1. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

2. You must email shop@veraflow.com within 14 days of receiving your delivery (counted from the date of delivery as shown by the courier) stating your order number and which item(s) you wish to return.

3. You will be provided with a returns address. It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for returning unwanted item(s) to us. We must receive any items you wish to return within 14 days from receipt of the returns address (counted from the date the email is sent out to you).

4. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of your returned item(s).

 

Please note that VeraFlow Vouchers are final sale and refunds will not be given. Please check expiry dates carefully and email shop@veraflow.com if you have any questions.

For international orders:

Royal Mail tracked and signed services aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days, and worldwide within 5-7 working days. In reality we have found that it sometimes takes longer.
